Make simple frozen banana yogurt bites for dogs with just two ingredients. No-bake method for quick summer snacks.
Safety note
Introduce new foods gradually and speak with your veterinarian before making major changes to your pet's diet.
Ingredients
- 2 ripe bananas
- 3/4 cup plain full-fat yogurt
Equipment
- Mixing bowl
- Spoon
Instructions
Mash the bananas: Peel the bananas and place them in the mixing bowl. Use a fork to mash them until mostly smooth with a few small lumps remaining for texture.

Stir in the yogurt: Add the plain yogurt to the mashed bananas. Mix with the fork until the ingredients are evenly combined and the color is uniform.

Line the baking sheet: Place a sheet of parchment paper on the baking sheet so the bites will release easily after freezing.

Portion the mixture: Scoop small amounts of the mixture with a spoon and drop them onto the lined sheet, spacing them about an inch apart. Aim for bite-sized portions roughly one teaspoon each.

Smooth the tops if needed: Use the back of the spoon to gently flatten and round each portion so they freeze into neat shapes.

Freeze until solid: Place the baking sheet in the freezer on a flat surface and leave it undisturbed for at least four hours or until the bites are completely firm.

Remove and store: Once frozen, lift the bites off the parchment and transfer them to an airtight container or freezer bag. Return to the freezer.
